And that’s exactly what I did.
What surprised me most was how simple it was — it takes about 10 seconds each morning.
Honestly, I was very excited that the numbers on the scale were dropping…
The first thing I noticed was that I felt more energized throughout the day, and it became easier to stay mindful around my eating habits.
After having the cup of coffee in the morning, I found myself feeling satisfied for longer than usual.
The next thing was noticing my clothes fitting more comfortably around my waist, without following a strict routine or intense workouts.
Regaining a sense of control around food — and realizing that something was finally clicking for me — gave me a real boost in confidence as well.
I kept enjoying a few cups of coffee each day and naturally began making better food choices along the way.
Instead of defaulting to takeout, I leaned more toward simple meals like grilled chicken with vegetables, and similar options.
Overall, I felt good — more comfortable in my body — and I noticed things gradually feeling firmer and more balanced.
Over time, I experienced a significant change, going from 15 stone to 10 stone 9 pounds…
...and for the first time in ages, I fit comfortably back into my favorite jeans.
As you can see, my body began to look and feel different as my shape slowly changed.
And yes — my husband whom I separated from a while back definitely noticed.
We started seeing each other again, and he decided to give this coffee hack a try, and experienced his own positive changes as well.
We decided to get back together and feel closer now than we have been in years… the connection feels refreshed in a way I didn’t expect at this stage of life.
There’s more laughter, more ease, and a sense of closeness that feels genuinely special again.
Additionally, I noticed that I felt more focused and present throughout my day.
I found myself responding more thoughtfully in conversations at work, and on a few occasions, that clarity really stood out during discussions with my boss.
It felt good to show up more confidently and engaged.
